The production of glass fiber filter bags is a PTFE microporous film that is individually manufactured according to a strict production technology and stretched in the warp and weft directions. Apply pressure and high temperature to different needle felt surfaces. When bonding with thermoplastic fiber felt, we use special surface treatment technology to first treat the surface of the felt, and then cover it with PTFE film. Non thermoplastic fiber felt must first undergo surface chemistry and Teflon treatment before being overlaid with PTFE. In addition, some special fibers require surface treatment through special chemical methods to achieve a strong Z bonding effect.
PTFE film has properties ranging from 0.1 to 3.5 μ The microporous pore size of m, with a microporous porosity of 75-90%. Such a high porosity of micropores is sufficient to allow a large amount of dense water vapor to freely pass through, as small water vapor molecules can freely diffuse and pass through the pores of the film. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance to any chemical, PTFE films can be used in various chemical production processes.
Fiberglass coated filter bags have been widely used in high-temperature bag filters with good results, especially in large high-temperature bag filters. The glass fiber membrane filter material produced using this technology has high dust removal efficiency, low operating resistance, long service life, and no membrane detachment phenomenon. It can work for a long time under working conditions of 260oC (instantaneous temperature can reach 300oC), and all the performance of the filter bag remains unchanged. The dust yield below 5um can reach 100%, and the dust collection efficiency for micro dust below 1um can reach 99.5%. The service life of the filter bag can reach over 2 years.
