1. Calcination treatment
Burning and pressing equipment has unparalleled advantages over ordinary singeing and pressing treatment in both single and double sides after treatment, which not only improves the cleaning performance of the filter bag, but also meets the requirements for collecting fine dust.
2. Antistatic treatment
Some dust may ignite or generate static electricity due to friction when encountering sparks at specific concentrations. Therefore, for flammable and explosive dust, it is advisable to use anti-static treated filter bags. Anti static filter material refers to the mixing of conductive fibers (including binary conductive fibers, graphite wire conductive fibers, and stainless steel conductive fibers) into the filter material fibers, so that the entire filter material has conductivity.
3. Waterproof and oil proof treatment
The use of oil and water resistant treatment with fluorocarbon resin and PTFE impregnation makes it easier to capture dust on the surface of wet dust containing gases (especially water absorbing and deliquescent dust) filter bags, avoiding and reducing the occurrence of bag sticking.
