PPS filter felt is one of the main varieties of high-temperature resistant filter materials produced by our factory using polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fibers produced in the United States, Japan, and other countries, following the production process of other high-temperature resistant filter felt. PPS needle punched filter material has good performance in the following applications.
1. Working temperature 190 ℃, short-term working temperature 232 ℃, melting point 285 ℃, ultimate oxygen index 34-35.
2. Suitable for situations with an oxygen content of 15% or less.
3. Oxides containing sulfur in fuel or flue gas have been proven to be fibers with strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and chemical resistance.
4. Places with moisture in the flue.
5. Under industrial and mining conditions at temperatures ranging from 190 ℃ to 232 ℃, PPS filter bags have excellent performance records when using a gas to cloth ratio of up to 5:1 for online cleaning and a gas to cloth ratio of 6:1 for offline cleaning.
PPS fibers have intact strength retention and inherent chemical resistance, which can maintain good filtration performance in harsh environments and achieve ideal service life. PPS filter felt is an ideal filtering material for pulse cleaning dust collectors such as coal-fired boilers, garbage incinerators, and power plant fly ash collection and treatment.
