Polyester fiber (polyester, PE): Ultra polyester fiber has excellent performance at room temperature and is the main filter material in bag filters. Can withstand an operating temperature of 130 ℃ under dry conditions; Working continuously above 130 ℃ will harden; Fading; Brittle, temperature can also weaken its strength. Precision range: 1-300 microns.
Nylon mesh (NMO): Nylon mesh, also known as nylon mesh, nylon mesh, or nylon mesh, is made from nylon 6 (PA6) monofilament woven in a flexible rapier loom, dyed (if required), and heat set. It is made of chemically synthesized fibers and belongs to the polyamide series. Nylon mesh has high strength, good wear resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and elasticity. Due to uniform wire diameter and smooth surface, the ink has excellent passability. Its disadvantage is that the nylon mesh has a high tensile strength. During a period of time after stretching, the tension of this type of screen decreases, causing the screen printing plate to relax and the accuracy to decrease. Therefore, it is not suitable to print circuit boards with high dimensional accuracy requirements.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene): polytetrafluoroethylene is a neutral polymer with a unique molecular structure, that is, a completely symmetrical structure. The special structure makes it have good thermal stability, chemical stability, insulation, lubrication, water resistance, etc. High temperature resistance, wide temperature range, can be used at 260 ℃ (long-term continuous use under high temperature, instantaneous temperature can reach 280 ℃; strong chemical stability, corrosion resistance; good self-lubrication, extremely low friction coefficient, filter wear is very small; PTFE film has very low surface tension, good non viscosity and water repellency.
Stainless steel metal mesh: surface filtration, with very low flow resistance. The weaving methods used for filter materials include interweaving, twill, and linen. Metal mesh filter materials are suitable for oil suction filters in hydraulic and lubrication systems, or for coarse filtration of high-speed fluids, or for safe filtration of coolant.
